Summary of Position
SPRING CJW DEVELOPMWNT is a real estate developer based in Cambodia with primary focus on residential and commercial buildings.
We are looking for a Sales Executive will handle the requirements of the clients by answering the phone or respond with the professional e-mail. Manage all Sales Admin duties, organise and manage sales events, conduct market research, and other duties as assigned.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Deal with customers and promote sale/rental of condos and commercial spaces
- Handle and follow up enquiries with clients
- Develop and maintain good relationships with both clients and agents
- Prepare and manage all sales admin related duties
- Consistently meet and exceed sales / rental goals
- Organize and manage sales / rental related events
- Conduct market research and keep it updated
- Other jobs as required and assigned
Reporting to
To the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager
Experience Required
1-2 years’ experience in Sales / Rental position for condominium or commercial leasing preferred (No relevant experience may apply)
Minimum Educational Level Required
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Career Level Required
Junior / Experienced (Non-manager)
Languages Required
Good communication skills in Khmer, English and Chinese
Other Requirements
- Eager to learn and proactive attitude
- Computer literacy – microsoft office
- Active and savy with social media such as FB, Instagram
- Able to deal with multinational clients
- Pro-active, flexible, good team spirit
- Organised, detailed oriented, motivated
- Willingness to occasionally participate in networking, business and social events outside of regular working hours
